I couldn't get the team to try this one out. The previews seemed too weird I guess, and Lucas doesn't know any of the TV references. But (I'm embarrassed to say) we are deep into Agents of Shield which even Nonna likes although she has to constantly ask "Is he a good guy?" as well as periodically thinking one particular little thing is just too much ("But there's no such thing as a flying car!") despite the whole show being about aliens and mutants with incredible super powers.

did you watch all the avengers movies? this picks up right after the end of the last one but that isnt made clear until episode 4. teach your boy a little patience and make him watch the brady bunch. he can be the only kid in "school" making "mom always said, dont play ball in the house" references which probably 75% of his teachers wouldnt understand either. guess i had the quote a little off. skateboard alert for bill.

shield seemed kind of crappy. think i watched the pilot but i may have endured a season of the other one with whatshername. agent carter.

just reading ahead. the streaming universe definitely links to where the movies are headed. looks like dr strange is the next one in the spring and the plot is linked to what happens on this show. maybe you could sell it based on that.
