Yeah sure, come on, the front room is as available as it was back in November, haven't done anything, work/money slowed down for six months, but has picked up again. Could realistically have hot water and central air but will probably f around some more about that, however, still have the window unit, so the front two rooms could be made as comfortable as you have any right to be. Bring some more of that California brandy. I took some pictures of the white flowers but the pictures were not all that.
