Yeah, the crane cost six floors up might kill the deal. I didn't see any pricing. I'll give up an acre outside of Austin or quarter acre outside of Chapell Hill, NC. if anybody else has the liquidity to buy one.

i think that number is correct dave - as long as that parking lot is open behind jim/mbs place a crane could acces the roof and it wouldnt cost aaaaalllllllll that much.

We had a crane lift rolls of tar paper onto the roof from Rivington Street when we redid the roof. It was a big ass crane, and it barely could do it - but it didn't cost very much.
