TS HJ closing
I've been wondering about the HoJo Plaza Hotel on 8th Ave--they're doing major renovations on the building exterior and interior while the hotel is still running and I wondering if the end is near. The Beefsteak Charlie's on the ground floor is no more, and the "Mexican" restaurant that replaced it lasted about six months.
Also the S.I.R. recording studio around the corner on 52nd Street has been demolished. I'm expecting another high rise condo there soon.
