sweet!! how far away is coffee??
-or- can the ups man make it down the 1/2 mile drive way (with the sweet marias) year round and will he meet you in snow shoes half way on major snow drift days.
nice project. as a 1 million dollar project though (even with all the cut backs), it better be. well used cinderblock. sounds like the mason was used to box store construction. nice he rose to the occasion.
