changes to one WTc
The windows aren't in at the top, but the building structure appears to have just reached completion (the triangle panel facing us has just touched into a point.) Don't think I'm qualified to comment on much else, but the whole thing seems either "Meh" or "Good enough" to me - not sure which one yet.
The old WTc was just good enough. I guess that's all we can hope for w the new one. Good to have an anchor building in lower manhattan again regardless. Nice to have the visual reference point again within the city and from all the different outlying approaches.
