Yeah, I really like it too by not placing the building right against its neighbors, it provides more light into the interior That was the genius move I think. Takes vision to sacrifice square footage.
cant seem to find the affordable price....
the language is a little thick, but i think they are rentals as part of a larger urban reestablishment project.
