'67 Cougar resto
well, partial resto, it's a daily driver at least. we had a 67 mustang w/ same small block V-8 289 ci engine and automatic trans. same platform as here. i like the plain-jane sleeper look. the cougar was more of a business mans car w luxery details like flip down headlight covers and sequential turn signal tail lights. the mustang had a sportier feel.
My dad had one of these, gold paint.
Before that he had a '67 Mustang fastback with white paint.
our 'tang was a 67' non-fast back in snot green. that was a great year for the fast back. perhaps the last or next to last before they went big. gold was a big color for the cougar. vinyl top?
Yeah, vinyl top with a 4 speed. My dad leased three mustangs a '65, '66 and '67. He bought the Cougar and in 1970 bought an Audi 100 LS

see thats a pretty nice one skinny. 289 as per fender badge. special order wheels too.
it looked great but only had a six. got him to school and work at the pottery barn. upgraded to a amc javlin and took it to UT. that one ran well.
Excuse me, Pottery PLUS.
well bought at $6.4k
