the origin of a pogs were caps to milk bottles. thats purposeful in its shape as a stopper. virtual art in the round (shaped canvas) has always been a curious choice. they dont stack efficiently in tubes (like so many pringels or real pogs). they arnt as efficient surface space users as (square) avatars are. they arnt scarce or rare like a mickey mantel base ball card, so they all have the same even up value, because you can make unlimited copies at will. so that makes the original pog game moot. but they are free with an internet connection. i like it.
