8 pm nhl finals game 2 (nbc) chicago v. tampa bay
9 am french open women's finals (nbc) yet to be determined
245 pm champions league finals (fox) barcelona v. juventus
645 pm belmont stakes (nbc) another shot at a triple crown
7 pm Canada vs China (??) woman's world cup
oh right. i knew i forgot something. i started to look for what channel it was on and got sidetracked. 6 pm wwc (fox sports 1) canada v. china
serena looked like she was cruising to her 20th singles title up two breaks at 4-1 in the second set and then dropped it 7-6. now she is down a break in the third at 2-1.
i went out after the barcelona win and missed the triple crown race. my neighbor went out to belmont although i havent found out if he got in as i read they capped attendance at 90000 and he didnt leave until 4ish. thankfully i had the soccer to watch so i declined an invitation. still, when nobody asks me i could have told them i was there when....
timbers won first ever three matches in a row same day as triple crown. from 2d to last to 4th place in 3 weeks. and i shouldnt check in on 110 and then complain, but SPOILER, dave.
youre right, you shouldnt complain. but then, its one of the things i do best so i applaud your efforts to shift the blame to mask your own failings.
im going out to dinner and dvring the us womens soccer game, linda. whatever you do, do not text me the score before i watch it!
looks like the stadium is 2/3rds filled at best for japan v. switzerland. are the portlanders taking a road trip for this?
i rarely watch live, so i'm not usually the one to ruin someone's afternoon.
no trips to canada, we're headed to jersey. very helpful to have a month-long major sporting event to help with an extended visit with my parents.
ive always said new jersey is the canada of delaware.
