Hey Alex, I have also seen over my birding trips there: Forster's Tern (08/17/06, 07/09/07), Monk Parakeet (07/15/07), Belted Kingfisher (08/17/06), and Boat-tailed Grackle (07/15/07).
Thanks again for finding the Reef-heron. This total list of observations would surely be much smaller without the influx of observers and amount of time Brooklyn birders have now spent there, which of course resulted from your phenomenal find.
