Crazy Morphosis skyscraper going up in Paris. I really liked that there weren't any really tall buildings. I thought it made the city seem very manageable considering it's size. I guess everything has to change though.
the building is in the section called la defense which is really at the edge of the city in an adjunct business district where there are a number of more modern office towers. but the smallness of the buildings in paris proper certainly adds to its warmth.
The view of la Defense from the centre of Paris is already monolithic and scary. It's intentional.
