the "store" was just a couple of doors down 2nd street from where my brother lived, virtually unchanged physically then. When John Gibson visited my installation there he said "I know this block,I saw Oldenburg's store". That would have been around 20 years or so earlier. Now the 80's is twice as long ago.
the store would have been a good place to shop and hold
