Ian Orlando Macbeth (1920 - 1997) was active/lived in Massachusetts, New York / Canada.  Ian Macbeth is known for Black light posters.

Ian Orlando Macbeth, originally named John Maurice Beaton, was born in Massachusetts in 1920. He moved to New York in the early 1950s and died in 1997. Macbeth is buried in his family plot in Nova Scotia, Canada. Macbeth was a character in Greenwich Village during the 1960s, known for wearing Elizabethan garb and sporting pink hair. He held court at Lenny's and sometimes had a parrot on his shoulder. Macbeth was associated with playwrights Harry Koutoukas and Tom Eyen, as well as artists like Andy Warhol. He is known for his black light posters.
