The thing I like most about the rat intervention is the tiny sunglasses - funny! We have two artists here (Canada) who are banned from major museums. Jubal Brown is banned from the AGO for barfing on art, and Istvan Kantor is banned from the National Gallery for throwing paint at art. Jubal has since been in more than one show at the AGO, and Istvan Kantor just won our most presitigious national art award. It's so silly. The museums have to make special case allowances to let these so called rebels back in to receive their accollades. Is this a triumph? Doesn't seem that way to me, but maybe I'm underestimating museological validation.
