Interesting--I didn't know about the Sec. 512(c) "safe harbor."

I guess Wu was prescient in his Comedy Central example.

I really don't like his YouTube as hot sheets motel/Napster as pimp analogy, though.

It makes the sharing of art, music, and data sound sleazy. I prefer the "MPAA/RIAA as corrupt fascists" example, myself.
