I have to fault Ford on this one, not Woodhead.
One version I read said Ford thought the war was right but WMD was the wrong justification. Just another Republican fuckhead--not to speak too ill of the recently departed.
I agree with the characterization. Ford is "good" only in contrast, having followed the worst president of the 20th century. And if Ford couldn't bring himself speak ill of the worst president ever, even in an oblique way, fuck him.
