wright interview on bill moyers

I just saw his speech and much of the Q&A (phone call interruption, and I'm Tivo-less!). He was sharp and relaxed. He toyed with some of the questions before batting them down.

Now, Wolfowitz and Feith are on my TeeVee. Aaaaahhhhh!

Feith's book called 9/11 the first successful terrorist attack of mass destruction. Wolfowitz quoted this description favorably.

Dresden was mass destruction. Tokyo was mass destruction. Berlin was mass destruction. Hiroshima was mass destruction. Nagasaki was mass destruction. Chernobyl might qualify as well.

The WTC attack was awful, tragic, horrific, but it takes the stupidest fucking man on the planet to compare it with Hiroshima.

Feith and Wolfowitz are defining stupid downward.

Wow, I'm totally hijacking this thread, but Paul Wolfowitz and Peter Rodman both stated, with complete dead pan, and no trace of awareness of the unintended irony, that the Occupation of Iraq ended in June 2004.

Awesome! War is was over! All the people who died over the last 4 years are retroactively declared alive!
