The overpaid bond salesmen aren't going away just because Trump was elected. If the economy improves for the working class then they gambled correctly. If it goes to hell (as it did under Bush/Greenspan) then the "strongman" will get the blame instead of the "postmodernist professors."
This Rorty screenshot (or whoever is passing it around) is still saying the main issue is identity/culture wars rather than economics (which is how Clinton fought the campaign -- and lost).
People are worrying about their lives going down the toilet for hospital bills -- that's the issue. Trump said there was a problem -- the Clintons proposed minor tweaks.
