hasnt been etched in stone but, yes, prevailing wisdom suggests that will be the outcome. they are pretty close to done counting (before efforts at recounts). theyll both be over 10000 votes in bidens favor which is far too many for a recount to overcome unless votes are thrown out which seems unlikely despite their "best" efforts.
