rip Joan Rivers
that was an odd choice for a remembrance. maybe something from the carson era? after watching that documentary about her a few years ago it seemed sad that she never seemed to enjoy her life and success much but she did manage to stay pretty funny til the end and it wouldnt surprise me if the two werent related. i dont know for sure what that procedure on her vocal chords was all about but it somehow seems fitting that her legendary vanity did her in, that and, perhaps, medical malpractice. i watched a few of these not long ago, a somewhat absurd coda on a long and winding road.
I was looking for The Swimmer performance.
