  • the movie looks interesting; i still whinge at anything wrestling related. you are far from alone in your appreciation. im sure it will give you succor to know that ronda rousey has dedicated her upcoming fight to his memory.

He did lot of wrestling in Portland pre-WWF and went from heal to hero but it was brief, he was best as a heal. In the 80's I thought he and Paul Orndorff - "Mr. Woderful" were a fun tag team.

Otis has a clip of RRP wearing his kilt and humiliating another wrestler (in the 80s) -- it goes on for like 10 minutes. Really painful to watch. I liked him in They Live as a gentle soul who is PUSHED TOO FAR.
