didnt go to the drive-in very often and mostly in the 70s with my family but the last time was probably to see nightmare on elm street in the summer of '85 with friends. i would never have chosen to see that. i hated most horror movies. we had some horrid wine coolers if i remember correctly.

  • im pretty sure it was. i wouldnt start drinking beer in earnest for a couple of months. i didnt drink very many wine coolers prior to that. they were sickly sweet to my memory. i dont even recall how beer was procured. i guess some people had fake ids. i dont ever recall being the one to buy it but somehow it was always there. it must have been a lot easier when the drinking age was 18.
