only watched about the first minute of the trailer and saw some high marks along with recognizing the directors name though confusing him with someone else before deciding to jump in thinking it was a comedy and it is but didnt expect it to be "heartfelt." kind of a little closer to the descendants than election with alcohol and paul giamatti applied sideways. those are all movies made by alexander payne. you feel me. so not noah baumbach. i though payne made the marriage story which i still havent seen. the memes ive seen.
