"The Sopranos" top scribe Terence Winter will explore Atlantic City's seedy underbelly the dark for Martin Scorsese. He'll be writing the director's new HBO project "Boardwalk Empire," which will be produced by Entourage honchos Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson."
