If it's on Uncle Bill's you know I'm watching.... So I sat through parks and recreation because I had some vague notion it might be funny (this even after having seen Baby Mamma.) My verdict: meh. Which I guess is better than bad. Definitely had that Best In Show sort of feeling (where her character doesn't realize the humor of her own earnestness,) but not quite that funny. On the other hand, I thought it was funnier than most of the SNL bits she was in. I don't think I'll be tuning in again, but it's not completely embarrassing. So there's my startlingly insightful review.

good thing you didnt watch krod mandoon, that would merit a blech.

parks and rex definitely has a ways to go before its must see. quality casting, insufficient plotting, or should i say expertly plodding. seems like they made the mistake of aping the documentary style from the office. (same producers, btw.) suddenly it feels like a cliche. and poehlers character has a little too much michael scott in her (steve carrells character from the office), cloying good natured neediness lacking self awareness. actually abcs new comedy, better off ted, which airs before lost, has been much funnier.
