once again contractual obligations ruin live tennis. nbc has the final weekend rights to the french open but refuse to preempt soap operas to show a roger federer semifinals match. and since they own the rights neither espn which has been airing the rest of the tournament, nor THE TENNIS CHANNEL, which is forced to air some long forgotten tour event only to rebroadcast the semis later this afternoon. ultimately i dont know who is to blame, but it sure aint fan friendly. way to grow your sport, tennis.

federer is down two sets to one right now.

"juan martin del potro said if he wasnt a tennis player, he would have pursued a career in architecture. i dont know; hes building a potential upset here."
