She was hot as the Hotpoint elf, too, as seen in the Times obit.
Even as a teenaged sci-fi/fantasy and prog rock fan I loved the MTM show at the time (and Van Dyke in reruns.) It was so much smarter and more real than other sitcoms, including the Norman Lear stuff, which I found too preachy and heavy-handed.
