This time of year reminds me of a ritual which has fallen by the wayside. Once upon a time, one would have to visit a building to rent an optical disk in order to watch a movie. In that bygone era, I would be sure to correct a deficiency in the seasonal display of movies by putting a copy of Bad Santa next to The Santa Clause, White Christmas and other topical movies. Ah, the innocence of the 00's.
