found out today after a six week trial run my parents decided to sell their house and move into a retirement community in la jolla, ca. house could be sold before they even come back to see it again in march. i heard echoes of this show when i was told they went for the tier two plan (of three, the deluxe was out of range) at somewhat considerable more cost because it had a view of the ocean "and that makes a big difference." they have not been in the ocean yet but they enjoy seeing the seals.
