i was aware of the gary marshall angle as well. i liked his portrayal of a tv exec on murphy brown too. i would also say that without christopher guest it would be hard to call michael mckeons film career a success but....(i love that his imdb picture is david st. hubbins.) two imdb tidbits on squiggy,Baseball fanatic and student of the game, he helped the young Bill James with his first Baseball Abstract in 1977.
