according to something i read, it was part of the netherlands gameplan to flop to unnerve the brazilians, and also as payback because some of the brazilians are floppers themselves. really bad for the game that it has devolved to that point. that the powers that be arent making a concerted effort to stamp it out does not speak well for them. just seems like another idiotic corporation unwilling to admit that its broken so long as the revenue stream is consistent.
