According to Cnet Verizon is turning on some of these access points on the Upper West Side.
I'll believe it when I see it. Still keeping my fingers crossed though.
Holy cow. They did it. Here's a list of locations. If you are a Verizon DSL customer this is free!
i also read they were lowering their dsl access price to $30. huzzah.
