Vauxhall in the UK is to Opel in continental Europe as Carl's Jr. in western US is to Hardee's in the rest of the US?
Also, too. I have a petite doctor. He's a very tiny man. Didn't really think about it initially. But turns out to be a better choice than, say, Andre the Giant's brother, Jean Pierre the Giant Doctor.
