sicily rocks for chow

i have not been in 15 years but went twice, one dish i will never forget is the little fish, something sticky I think (egg white??), garlic, made into a burger and cooked table side on a hot stone, next thing you know its a multi eyed silver burger on my plate ready for lemon and white wine and than "oh you loved that so have a scoop raw" (that was too much for me but loved the burger!!)
