What Skinny said. Don't know your plans, but Ortygia in Siracusa is fun to roam around. Medusa in Ortygia for good eats. Il Faraone on the outskirts (on the Gulf south of Siracusa off SS115 Traversa Caderini ) another killer place to eat. Ristorante Ionico on Riviera Dionisio 194 is for good eats in Siracusa. Sciacca and Marsala are low key and worth a stop. Stay away from Taormina and Catania. Every stone on the island has a story. Enjoy!
