Yeah it is more rare that I have heard it with 95 but definitely the I-5. Mostly in genre fiction though and mostly as it regards the greater LA area. I'm not sure if people in Northern CA, Oregon, or Washington use it. Or I suppose it is remotely possible that the several times I have heard it used are the only times it has ever been used.
