Here in Oregon it's common to let your barn collapse (in fact it's a form of entertainment) but never your fence.

There's a nice collapsing horse barn on this property too, which I just yesterday suggested to one of the owners that its state of leaning was part of its charm, but she didn't seem too convinced, and I think too she is not entertained by it. Now might not be too early for everyone to say their farewells. Goodbye horse barn, I loved you man.

We're seeing a lot of the collapsed barns disappear here too, and for what? Topiary spheres and cones with smooth barkdust beds
