Yeah, Chicago was good, but the hard and fast editing during the choreography scenes was maddening with all the beautiful dancing bodies and no chance to dwell on a view or even a hot, juicy piece of the image. Discontinuity seems to be the crazymaker, like were you to wake up on the porch in a N.O. ghetto without having had the long drive down to consider it and visualize how you will BE. Most of the time I want a little time to get on my inner gear whether it's driving into the city from the country side or it's that short walk outside the calm, containment of the car to the back door and whoose of the home life inside.
