Best therapy would be MtP. Little less lifting and sweating, little more reading, relaxing and writing. The farm misses you almost as much as we do. Might be a few more new folks in the county now and rumor has it there is new Borders Bookstore in Warrenton.
You are in your pre-golden years so it would be best to not wear out your equipment.
