I've signed up for Verizon wireless broadband, as a backup to DSL service in the mountains. The DSL has been pretty solid, but we did lose phone/power/DSL a few weeks ago when a tree took out a pole. With any luck, I'll have it with me in NOLA.
Palestine Blues sounds pretty interesting. That wall may offer some protection, but it's an ugly scar. I'll keep an eye out for it.
