Last time I saw a fence that messed up was the result of two bulls having a turf war on a little farm outside of Douglass TX. (Actually they were more interested in cows than turf.) That's when I realized that barbed wire is nothing more than a suggestion to a bull. It'll take a lot more than a reel of wire and a come-along to fix up that mess.
