Yeti is cool, he looks both purposeful and friendly. My sole beef with Yeti is that he's too bright. Is he made of some new whiter bulb, also in evidence in the "Liquor Bar" neon nearby? It radiates that brighter bluish white promised in a thousand laundry-detergent ads. It's so white it hurts. When you look up an avenue and see a series of Yetis marching off to the vanishing point, the white glare washes out the surrounding subtler shades of night-light; a sort of snow-blindness results.
