Any page can do that trick of having some default HTML in the posting box. This is called the 'posting template' on [editpage] (so you have to own the page to set it.)
i added the html function to cinefiles, but i dont have admin power for dying in stereo, which i might as well have.
There can only be one admin. I'll change it to you.
