12/19/03 - refined master site plans for the world trade center. when did this project turn into silversteins erection of a new tallest building in the world ?

this may be the time to stop using the "working title" of the freedom tower and start thinking of somthing else for a final name.
and what of those "wind turbines" atop the proposed building. a cynical nod to building green skyscrapers, as though... / im reminded of the never implemented solar collectors on the citicorp building .
"...will provide 20% of the buildings energy needs." is that the energy needs of a "0" vacancy, fully rented building inclusive of 20% of the tennents energy needs. I just dont belive this claim and i dont think it will make it to the construction faze. it's green smoke. lets see the specs.

I thought of the citycorps building too, this thing stinks. To be expected though, much pandering to be done.
