Damn, I love that Glen Campbell tune. (sappy orchestration and all)
yeah, beautiful. technically a jimmy webb song. glen had a way of making webb songs his own. heres JW doing it.
That's right Jimmy Webb wrote my fave song in the whole wide world, Wichita Lineman. I plan to do a post one of these Sundays with all the versions I can find. I did make a CD of about 14 cover versions for a friend of mine a few years ago.

will look for the Kool & the Gang version.
i saw the texas tornados twice with adman. but they didnt do WL. what a bandthough!
