It's *right next* to the railroad track. Half the structure is brick, the other half frame. Ehrm....... I dunno about that.
The frame part yellow side is in distress as far as the clapboards go for sure. Same with the windows. Out here they slap up vinyl siding and forget about it. The blue rr side looks ok. On the tracks for sure. Love birds eye for site perspective! Taxes $332 pr mo ain't too bad.
Those upstairs window openings are huge. LOTS of light, that's for sure.
