I only have two cents: I think(?) we have already touched on the Georgian and Schwartz was with Think after one Herbert Muschamp *made* Schwartz's career by proclaiming that he had the master of all master visions for the masterplan for downtown. Schwartz's plan was a direct rip-off of a plan developed by Beyer Blinder Belle. No one seemed to notice and Schwartz has been "on his way" ever since. (Personally - I have met him a few times and he comes across as a very arrogant man with a big chip on his shoulder who can say ugly things).
Good point about the title. And the dialogue in that link about tseretseli is over the top. re: schwartz's plan: just looking at it makes me feel an attack of claustrophobia coming on.
