right now you come up out of the PATH via escalator straight up to Vesey street. I can't believe the huge commuter crowds are going to be diverted through the inside of a building, past mall shops, to get out. That's like the old WTC.

Also, without checking, I bet the Times (Muschamp) was one of those "loud voices" urging spectacular rebuilding in the insane days of '01.
