the price was quoted for a southern oregon crew, per diem, lodging, hourly rate, and all materials @ 20K or less.....using a local crew it should be less, the one issue making sure the base is done to the spec's

Yes, the base is key. The rest seems to be joists, studs and siding. Compound mitered angles involved, but all in all pretty straight forward.
